Send me some good photos of the damaged areas by snail mail, including a ruler in your photo or comments about the size of the damaged area. Or I will try to work off your attached email photos if they are clear with good colors.

     Restoration estimates can be made using your photos, then confirmed when textile arrives for final determination of cost. We ask for a 25% deposit on restorative services for jobs costing $400 or more. The business and contents are fully insured against loss by fire or theft. Client pays shipping both ways, insured per owner's request. When your textile is restored, I will contact you for shipping. Satisfaction is our guarantee.
